All art prints are carefully packaged in rigid, acid-free mailers to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Free shipping on orders over CHF 150.

Each print is shipped flat (never rolled) between protective acid-free tissue paper and rigid cardboard. A certificate of authenticity is included with every limited edition print, hand-numbered and signed by Eileen.

Due to the limited edition nature of our prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
